Clapham Acid attack - Surprise surprise

Media reporting that the Afghan suspect in the Clapham acid attack snuck into the UK on a lorry, had two asylum claims rejected, was convicted of a sex crime, converted to Christianity, and had a third asylum application granted.
Cunt travelled down from Newcastle apparently.
Another terror attack then, and failure of the authorities.

Acid attack? I did read about an alkali chemical attack in Clapham, though alkali is the opposite of acid.
The perpetrator of that attack appears to have killed himself.
Not easy to send someone back, when, or if, they have no documents.
